Regatta Birthday

Here is a card I put together for our nephew's birthday. I love playing along with tic-tac-toe challenges and was excited to see the one over at The Paper Players. I went diagonally making a masculine card with patterned paper and texture. The watercolour card with embossed stars provides some texture for my card and I thought the Regatta paper collection (the sapphire paper has waves on it) lends itself well to a masculine card. I also wanted to play along with the House of Cards challenge to use twine on your card. I am also linking up with the "Anything Goes" challenge over at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.

Paper - Regatta paper collection; White Daisy cardstock; PML Watercolour cards (CTMH);
Ink - Sapphire, Crystal Blue, Ruby (CTMH); Stamps - My Anchor, Happy Everything (CTMH);
Dies - My Anchor Thin Cuts (CTMH); Wonky Stitched Squares (MFT); Embellishments - Ruby twine (CTMH).
