It's rhubarb season in the Kootenays! I've never planted it myself but always seem to be given just enough every year :)

When I heard of our challenge at Heart2Heart I knew I would want to create something with our fun Taste of Summer paper pack. I wanted to play around with the Bokeh technique again and this is what I came up with:
All supplies are Close To My Heart:
Paper - Taste of Summer;
Ink - New England Ivy, Sweet Leaf, Cranberry, Smoothie, Pixie, White Daisy;
Stamps - Recipe Box.

I have finally made this recipe my own and LOVE the addition of Huckleberry BBQ sauce.

Come and play along with our final May challenge at Heart2Heart!
I finally had the time to play with my fun Chocolate stamps & die from Verve! I decided to try out the Bokeh technique after seeing this fabulous card and can't wait to create more cards using it!

Paper - White Daisy, Kraft, Cocoa (CTMH);
Ink - Pixie, Glacier, Lagoon, Sweet Leaf, White Daisy, Cocoa (CTMH);
Stamps - Chocolate (Verve); Die - Chocolate Word (Verve);
Embellishments - Glacier extra-thick twine (CTMH).
Chicken Stuffed with Asparagus
2 Chicken Breasts
6-8 Asparagus spears
2 slices Balderson cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. old style Mustard
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 cup white wine
1 cup Panko crumbs
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. finely chopped Parsley

Preheat oven to 400F. Pound chicken. Combine melted butter, mustard, garlic, and wine. Dip chicken in this mixture to coat. Meanwhile, lightly blanch asparagus. Lay a slice of cheese on each chicken breast and place 3-4 asparagus spears on top.
Roll, securing with a toothpick. Combine bread crumbs, grated Parmesan, and parsley on a plate and roll each piece of chicken to coat.
Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

My brother-in-law's wedding is coming up at the end of the month, which made me realize I had better get on the wedding card! I love this layout over at Freshly Made Sketches and wanted to use one of my new Verve sentiments to play along with the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. I've used some silver floral washi tape to incorporate the blooms inspiration challenge over at Verve as well. I absolutely love white-on-white cards, but struggle to photograph them!

Paper - White Daisy (CTMH); Stamps - Blue Skies, Words of Wisdom, Graph Paper (Verve);
Ink - Black, Blush, Smokey Plum, Whisper (CTMH); Dies - All Aflutter, Rounded Rectangle (Verve);
Embellishments - White shimmer tape, Sparkle & Shine washi tape (CTMH).
It's my turn to post on the Heart2Heart blog and we have a fun new challenge to kick-off the week: Game On! Whether you take this in a sporty direction or simply vow to put in some serious crafting time, remember,
