Closing off my 2024 Christmas cards with Mr. Frostie!

Christmas Card Count: 32 + 8 = 40

I started out experimenting and then intending to film and document the entire process but lost some steam at this busy time of year! I started out with a panel of distress kraft heavystock.

I took out some sprays and decided to go with Salvaged Patina distress oxide spray + Peacock Feathers distress spray stain + Uncharted Mariner distress spray stain. After letting it dry (I learned the hard way that I had to leave it to FULLY dry for 24+ hours), I stamped and embossed snowflakes from the set in silver. To some of the panels I then added some coordinating distress spritz. I couldn't decide whether I liked that effect better or the ones without! Here is a quick video of some of my process:

I then stamped Mr. Frostie onto some white cardstock and fussy cut the image out. I used some distress mica stain to colour the carrot nose and scarf. While drying, I tore some white cardstock to make a snow mound on the bottom. I stamped a coordinating sentiment in a beautiful scripty font. Then, I adhered the snowman image directly overtop of the snowman previously stamped on the panel.
