I am crazy about this cookbook I got in Victoria during my time at school there:

Rebar is one of the many great restaurants to check out if you are ever in Victoria! I finally had some time the other afternoon to play around with a couple recipes and after 4 1/2 hours in the kitchen, I am pleased to say it all actually turned out!

Rosemary Garlic Foccacia (p. 39) and Spinach Cannelloni (p. 175) with Tomato Sweet Basil Sauce (p. 45)

I tried making pasta dough for the cannelloni for the first time in this recipe too. Using the pasta attachment on my KitchenAid mixer makes it an easy task. Can't wait to make more :)!
