This semester I have been teaching a University of Victoria reading course online for our local teacher education program. Having done my Master's in Educational Technology, I was pretty excited to put what I had learned to use by creating and making this traditionally in-person course to an online version. Each week we met online via Zoom to explore our course material. When I saw the Lawn Fawn virtual set I was inspired to recreate our Zoom screen in a card. I used a screenshot to try to match up my students to the Tiny Friends set. I pieced together the Zoom screen using the Virtual Friends stamp set and created a larger computer screen. I thought I would use some woodgrain cardstock to represent a nice wooden desk for the computer to sit on.
I think I will frame this for my future office to remember this unique experience!
