I decided to pull out Mr. Frostie again to make up a birthday card.

I stamped both the snowman and the snowflakes this time in Scorched Timber distress ink. Then, using a wet paintbrush, I pulled out some of the colour.

After the panel dried, I stamped the snowman again in black. I then coloured the scarf with some Antique Linen distress spritz spray. It's hard to see in the photo but it really does shine!

I cut the panel out using a rounded rectangle die. Then, I took a coordinating sentiment and heat embossed it in white onto some black cardstock. I mounted it onto the panel with some foam squares.

Paper: Toffee (Taylored Expressions); Distress watercolour cardstock (Tim Holtz)
Stamps: Mr. Frostie (Tim Holtz x Stampers Anonymous)
Ink: Scorched Timber distress ink; Antique Linen distress spritz (Tim Holtz); Basic Black (Pinkfresh Studio)
Dies: Small Stitched Rounded Rectangle Stackables (Lawn Fawn)
