This cute set has just released today over at Unity Stamp Co.

I decided to do some ink smooshing with my distress inks. I started with the lightest colour, Spun Sugar, and just smooshed some ink onto my work surface. I spritzed it with water and then took a piece of acetate to dip it into the colour. I added droplets around the image.

Next, I took Seedless Preserves and did the same thing, but this time I aimed to colour more of the shirt and then around the wine glass. With Villainous Potion, I also coloured the shirt and then used a paintbrush to add some spatters around the image. I went back in with a paintbrush to add some more Seedless Preserves colour to just the wine in the glass.

For the hair, I repeated this technique with both Tea Dye and then Vintage Photo. Once my panel was dry, I cut around it using a deckle edge trimmer. I did the same with a sentiment from the set. I mounted the panel onto some purple and black layered cardstock, and then added my sentiment on top using foam squares. You can find a reel on instagram demonstrating my process!
