It's the Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop and I have made a tea card to play along :). I do not drink coffee, but I love my tea...especially London Fogs! I set out to create a dark green teacup set amongst some shiplap and added in some fun new dies I just got from The Greetery.
After playing around with the layout and asking for some advice from my Auntie and cousin, I added in some spatters to the scene in Ground Espresso distress oxide ink and Close To My Heart Evergreen ink. I tried to add in some white spatters to the wood slice using a white pigment ink but I should have used white acrylic paint to get it to stand out more. Looking forward to playing around with these new items some more!
Paper: White (SU); Ground Coffee, Vanilla Malt (LF)
Ink: Evergreen, Whisper, Slate, Candy Apple (CTMH); Ground Espresso, Tea Dye, Bundled Sage distress oxide (Tim Holtz)
Stamps: Cozy Cup, Written in Ribbons Holiday (The Greetery)
Dies: Cozy Cup, Written in Ribbons Holiday, Shiplap Builder, Wood Slices (The Greetery)
Beautiful 😍
