 I always enjoy looking back at my projects throughout the year and remembering the joy and learning associated with creating them! Here are my top 10 from 2024:

12th Anniversary

One of my favourite cards of the year! I love the colours here and painting on kraft with distress oxide and adding in some spatters. Simple but classic! 

You Make Me Smile From Ear to Ear

This was our year at Disney so of course I was THRILLED to find a Mickey and Minnie Mouse set from Unity. Loved playing with scorched timber distress spray here and colouring with distress watercolour pencils!

Sport Balls

These cards make me think of the time I spent colouring up all of these sport balls at my favourite place on earth - Kootenay Lake! 

I Like The Way You Roll

I couldn't help but make our niece a glitzy pink excavator for her birthday card this year after seeing someone make one!

Scorched Timber Hawaiian Style

Back to embossing folders! Fun to see them come "back in style"! This was a fun technique of swiping ink over the backside of an embossed image.

Have All The Scoops

Following a tutorial, I created this fun background with distress watercolour pencils and love the effect of ink smooshing!

Limited Edition
I couldn't resist this Stanley-inspired set - especially for the person who started my interest in these water bottles in the first place! Such a fun set.

Size Matters
Made these up in preparation for a girls trip to my hometown where we went on a wine tour led by one of my best friends. It was an awesome trip with some great memories in the sun.

Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas
Tried out painting with distress spritz here and love the glittery effect. These cards were some of my first Christmas cards for the season and they turned out so cozy - especially with the added texture of sewing!

Cocktail Card Party
It was a busy holiday season prepping to spend Christmas away and get all of the things done, but I am SO glad I made time to host a fun cocktail card party with some friends to create these cards!
