This week I taught my first technology course for UVic! I just HAD to pullout my Virtual Friends set from Lawn Fawn to make them each a card.

Knowing I had to make multiple cards, I wanted to keep my design as simple as possible. I decided to stamp my images right on my card base to avoid die cutting so many images.

I coloured the images with my Tombow markers onto regular cardstock and used a variety of colours to make each card a little different. Instead of watercolouring them, I added some white gelly pen details to give the images some dimension.

I decided to stamp the sweet little waving mouse into my computer screen and then added the mouse beside the computer. I chose "Hi There" and "Hope Your Day is Glitch-Free" for my sentiment for my student cards.

I decided to make up two extra cards for some colleagues and chose "So Glad We Have A Strong Connection" for the sentiment and the loading image for the computer screen.

Paper: Solar White (Neenah)
