Winnie the Pooh stamp sets?! Once I saw these at Unity Stamp Co. I couldn't resist treating myself to a few sets for my birthday. So many possibilities! I was itching to try them out when they arrived and thought I would make one up for my friend's birthday.

I watched an interesting colouring technique on Unity's instagram page and thought I would like to try it out. Using finger daubers, you add a bit of ink to the image and then blend it out.

I love the effect this style of colouring gave my images and think the look is very fitting for these vintage cartoon characters.

I used Fossilized Amber for Winnie the Pooh, Worn Lipstick for Piglet, and Speckled Egg for Eeyore. I love how time effective this style of colouring was too - can't wait to make up some more!

Paper: Sugar Cube (Taylored Expressions)
Stamps: Special Like You (Unity Stamp Co.)
Ink: Fossilized Amber, Mowed Grass, Speckled Egg, Vintage Photo, Worn Lipstick distress oxide (Tim Holtz); Black (CTMH)
