We needed a birthday card for our little friend and I knew I wanted it to be a mermaid card with a leftover mermaid I already had coloured up (yay for colouring up extras to have on hand!).

I masked off an area of a mini slimline panel and took some Mermaid Lagoon + Broken China distress oxide. Once I was happy with the coverage, I dripped some water drops from a wet paintbrush.

Once dry, I added in some subtle fish in the background. Then, I popped up the mermaid using foam squares.

I added in a sentiment and used three Sugar Glitz Discs since the recipient will be three years old!
