Here is a set I put together with the Unity Stamp Co. February Whit Kit Club Kit that contains the beautiful stamp set, Books & Quiet Moments with the Every Good Story paper collection.
I started by colouring the rubber stamp images with a brown Tombow marker and stamping it right onto watercolour cardstock.
Taking a wet paintbrush, I pulled the brown colour out in places like the bricks and the girl's hair. Using an acrylic block, I scribbled a colour onto it and then took a wet paintbrush to then add to the image.
I used a new-to-me die set to cut out each image into a rectangle. Next, I stamped a coordinating sentiment onto each panel. I chose some patterned paper and cut it out in one of the scalloped dies that come with the die set and then set it on a card base using another piece of patterned paper.
