Check out the latest release from Unity Stamp Co.!

I coloured up the lady with my OLO markers and fussy cut around the image.

To create the background, I took out a piece of watercolour cardstock and painted it up with salvaged patina + fossilized amber distress paint. I spritzed in some water to move the paint around a bit. Once the entire panel was dry, I painted over another thick layer of metallic distress paint. I immediately spritzed on some water, dried the layer without the water drops and then sopped up the extra water drops with a paper towel. This took off some of the paint to reveal the underlayer, creating a patina look! It took me a few tries to get this right but I just love the effect!

I cut the panel out with a stitched rectangle die and then set it on a piece of patterned paper. I set the lady onto the card base and added in a coordinating sentiment from the set.
